Separate conductors carry the Y-component (Chrominance) separate from the C-component (Luminance), providing better picture quality than a composite video cable. Good quality for the price
We use this cable in a gym to run a volleyball scoreboard program to a large TV. I was concerned that at the length of 75' we would loose quality. The picture looks the same as it does with a highly shielded 5' cable.

Appears to be a quality product, but at 75 feet will still require an S-video booster.
