After receiving this product earlier this month, I have put it through it's paces for better than 2 weeks now and am extremely happy with it's performance. I have burned several litescribe labels at ''best'' image quality and they turned out beautiful. It burns DVD's and CD's with equal quality and all audio sounds great. The limited NERO software is a pain but functional. Major kudos to Litescribe for a great affordable product. Tiger Direct will be getting more business from me! |

This drive is the pits. The Nero software that comes with it is complicated to use, the instructions are horrible and Lite-On has tied this drive to the version of Nero that comes with the drive.
The simpler version of Nero will not run with this drive. In fact, the drive will not function at all unless you use the Nero software that comes with it. Even the instructions for the drive are skimpy and very lacking. I burned 2 DVD's with it and it ruined both of them.
Lite-On would have been better off selling these drives as paperweights rather than DVD burners. Stay away from these puppies. |

This product is terrible. The first one only burned 6 discs then stopped working. So i sent it back to Tiger and the second one has burned one disc and every dvd i try to burn it says that there was an error. |

This drive worked ok on 4.7gb media but would not burn a playable dual layer disc. I wasted four dual layer Verbatim discs.The lightscibe was horrible, and I would highly not recommend this drive. It will be going back to tiger. |

This unit performed perfectly right out of the box. The OEM software is adequate, but newer software promises better features.
