Dragon Naturally Speaking
I am using Dragon Naturally Speaking 12 Premium primarily with Open Office (Libre) and it interfaces very well. The training went well and it understands the vast amjority of what I say. I get a little lag on my computer, but since I just built a new system a couple of months ago, the lag isn't noticable. I can see though how there could be some lag on an older system. My only gripe is with Dragon's customer service and install process. The install isn't intuitive and I had to deal with customer service. It took multiple phone calls and ended up talking with some very apathetic people from another country who could have cared less about my install problem. I eventually figured it out (no thanks to customer service) and now it works great. My problem was trying to install on my hard drive even though my SDD is my main drive. Turns out the install simply wouldn't let me do that and I had to put the whole thing on my SDD.

Very Good
It takes a little while to figure it out, but as soon as you do, it is great! My husband is enjoying the freedom of being able to write out his own documents without help! We are starting out our son now, who has learning challenges.

Just getting going, looks good
I haven't had time to really get used to using it. So far, I am happy with it. I used it for a circuit description and need to train it for the technical words. It types faster than I can. Should be a good buy. The price here was the best I could find. Make sure that you get version 12.
