Dragon saves me serious time
While Dragon takes a little time to get set up and use to using it properly, it will save you time. With the volume of emails and other documents I do on a daily basis, Dragon is a huge help. I only wish I had purchased this before I wrote a book. It would've saved me an immense amount of time. I highly recommend this for anyone who is an average or below typist, and has to do any volume of typing.

Great product
Right out of the box it works okay. You need to put some effort into setting it up for your needs. There is a little learning curve to getting it to work the way you want.

Great deal
I have a DellLatitude D630 and I am having trouble getting it to work with my sound card but I believe it is the card.

RAM is the issue
As my records will show, I have been a customer for a number of years; I rely on you and 'Cyberguys'. As a retired Gov't employee, I know that 'Dragon' is a very fine and useful tool. Please add how much ram is needed to install and use 'Dragon'.I now must save up to buy more ram.
