good product
well i have had my 1TB hard drive for about 4mon now,and now there is something wrong with it we can not get it to read a usb or a cd, and know i not know if has a warranty on it.....

Good by WD
I have installed a Toshiba 1TB hard drive in my new machine. It works great it is quiet, fast and no vibration. I love it. I have been using WD hard drives for 20 years and have had at least 8 crash and lost all info on them. So good by WD and hello Toshiba!

1TB Hard Drive
I have had several external hard drives and after a short period of time the breakdown and My information costs me 60 or 70 dollars to extract to get. It is huge pain in the butt and takes time that I don't have. I have had this installed next to the existing drive and it backs up my computer and has all the information I need. It is fast and has worked well for me.

Failed after a month and half
Bought the drive on 5-7, drive failed 6-30. It was being used as a backup drive using a rosewill ext fan case. It started the clicking noise as I was transfering large files to it, total use time, approx 30 hrs.

Good drive
This a good drive for the money and fairly fast too. It fired right up when installed with no issues. Been working for a month with no problems. I would buy another.

works good but noisy
I purchased this hard drive to replace a crashed Seaway 750 gig barracuda. It runs well but is quite noisy. Hope it lasts. Probably won't purchase another one.

Fantastic for Price
I bought this when it was on sale & it only took 15 Min. to install 1 hour to clone. only had it for a week will re-review in a year.
