Terrible product! I have had $30 headphones sound better not to mention the customer service with turtle beach it horrible... Once they have your money they couldnt care less

Vista 64 Bit buyers beware! The SRM required to run this headset is not compatible with Vista 64 Bit.
Having said this I have had to give this product the lowest rating as I could not even get to hear them after receiving them. No where on Turtle Beach's site does, or Tiger for that matter, does it say it is incompatible. It just say the following with no warnign about 64 : Operating System - One of the following: Windows® 2000 (SP-3 or higher required), XP Home, XP Professional, XP Media Center Edition, Vista.
Luckily for me, I think the iron clad 30 day warrenty is going to save me having gone thru tiger direct and I will pick up the Turtle Beach HPA2s in their stead. I will give a more thorough review of them on their page after I get this Turtle Beach nightmare out of my way.

Very disappointed. Sound level is very low. Microphone is an after thought and it shows. Microphone is noisy and unreliable. Looks like I wasted my money on these.
