Pretty good.
I bought one of teese and the cord broke after a week. I took it back to get a new one and the next one's microphone broke in a month or two. Pretty good performance for the price, but the quality needs to be bumped up.

Works out of the box
Works out of the box.. able to use on Cisco Softphone.. Comfortable. Love it... recommending it to other people in my office!

Pressing issues
They press against my eye glasses and I dislike the mik on the left side. It also causes conflicts on my laptop running vista . After loading the drivers for the headset I no longer had a operating sound card on the Toshiba that I purchased the headset for. On my Desktop unit running XP and it performed fine.

Logitech Cloearchat Comfort headset with Mic.
I find this to be the best choice for my purposes, quite light and soft on the ears. I found the tonal qualty to be absolutely fine for my needs, and unlike some other reviewers I do not find them uncomfortable to wear even though I use eyeglasses

Great Sound but Uncormfortable
Really love the sound coming out of this headset, quite a noticeably improvement over my last set. However, they are not that comfortable. They press against my ears in the wrong way and squeeze the arms of my glasses into my head. Ouchies!
