This product would get 5 stars but for one very costly problem. You could print only yellow and when the yellow runs out, Cyan and Magenta report empty as well. And there's no way to get around this little money sucking scheme. Really pisses me off when all three color toners run out at the very same time... every time. |

Great printer for the price, many features and very reliable. One con is the print quality, photos are not as clear as my older colour laser. ( Konica Minolta ) or my older HP. Seems more faded pictures. But on the whole, it is a whole lot better printer. |

I've had mine for about a year now and love it. Print Quality is great, duplexing built in and cartridges seem to last quite a while. Setup was easy as well.
I print everything on this machine, labels, envelopes, transparencies and have not had a single problem. |
