Maybe it's my compter
I bought this graphic card thinking that it would make a big improvement while I streamline my favorite show from NBC. Well it did but not the way I was expecting. I don't think it's the product though. I think it's just my computer.

Tough to install no real instructions. After disabling the on board VGA(which the instructions do not tell you to do)the VGA connection works up to the 1920x1080 on my dell s2209w monitor, but the HIS support staff emailed me to say the max res on the DVI is 1600x1200. Disappointing considering The specs shown in the Tiger product info said 2048x1536. That must be for VGA!!!! I guess to get the DVI connection to work so it looks the best 1280x768 is the best resolution for a monitor like mine. I was so happy to get the VGA connection on the card to work I have not even tried to work with the digital connection again after so many failures. I also have a second Dell computer Dimension 2350 with a Viewsonic VA2226w monitor 1620x1050 with basically the same problem. Older machines with older technology both pentium 4's. I am settling with this product because of the hours I spent repeating the same steps over and over getting the same results, that are below my expectations.

this was a great card for my old dell but if you are a gamer i would recommend getting a whole new computer unless u can deal with around 60-70 fps in half life 2 i love it for the price but i prefer a PCI-e card

Works fine. Connected the DVI output to HDMI on my TV. Install locked up but I was somehow able to continue with drivers downloaded off the web. Had to boot in VGA mode several times. Not the smoothest install but everything is cool.
