This phone has some strange quirks that need to be addressed by HP before you should buy this phone. HP released a firmware update for the Latin America version of the phone but has yet to do so for the North America version. If you want to use this phone for VoIP you should wait until the firmware is updated. A problem that exists is that the earpiece is inaudible when using VoIP. Another issue is connecting to certain WLAN APs. I can connect to a home router but cannot connect to our Cisco APs at work. Wait until these issues get addressed!!!

Love this phone. nice size, although buttons could be bigger or have space between them. I do miss the status light that all other smartphones have. screen is lower res. than most but seems fine to me. Battery life is amazing....last me several days to nearly a week on a charge. reception is better than last 2 phones I have had.

Not user friendly. Crashed the first time I tried to input a new contact. I had to reload the OS. then the battery dies ....and refuses to hold a charge! What use is a good price if the product does not work as expected. It's going back!
