I received my Pandigital Digital for Christmas in 2008, and by Dec 09, it was toast. It just stopped working for no apparent reason. Of course the warranty was expired and they let me know that when I called. I was actually calling to see if I could send it in for repair and they said that there's nothing that they could do, would have to order a new one.... Wouldn't buy.... Poor product support, showed no sympathy at all. |

The frame looks nice, but the second time we loaded a card to display photos, 4 months after our purchase, the USB port would not recognize that a card was loaded. No photos could be displayed and as they say, the warranty is only good for 3 months, therefore leaving us with an expensive, useless, item. Very disappointing! |

DO NOT BUY PANDIGITAL. My frame stopped working 92 days after I bought it. Customer Service reminded me that the frame only had a 90 day warranty and refused to help me. But from a company that will stand behind their products! |

Screen resolution is very good. Looks great and shot to shot fades are nice. Frame and casing are OK quality, not spectacular. Lots of useful features, and video looks pretty good. Decent built in memory, but a 1G card is better. Have a 7'' widescreen with half the resolution, and it looks it. Definitely recommend the higher rez screens like this one. |
