Great product, service weak
I bought these on a holiday and found out it shipped to an old address, so I called immediately to change it, but it was a holiday. I went online and tried to change my address, but there was no way to change your address once the order is placed. I then called early the next morning and they said it was impossible to stop shipment. It took about 2 weeks to clear up.

Awesome!
These guys are the best. I ordered this memory and the package got lost in the mail. I put an inquiry in with the USPS and then a few days later decided to contact them about my lost package. They resolved the issue quicker than the USPS and now I have my RAM. It works great! They always had my loyalty because they care enough to keep it!

A simple, effective, economical solution to a machine struggling with inadequate ram. Runs at same temperature as high end, heat diffuser equipped sticks they replaced. Highly recommended.
