The XEA42S Cash Register with Microban® antimicrobial keytops is the ideal solution for businesses requiring advanced functionality offering a built-in dual roll high-speed thermal printer (receipt for customer and receipt journal for operator). It also features an advanced sales reporting system designed for use with QuickBooks Pro, PC Link Software (USB / SD card slot - 2GB) (SD cards optional) for computer connectivity that provides programming, data back-up and reporting, 2 large displays (operator display is alpha-numeric and numeric display for the customer), 7000 price look-ups (PLU's), 99 departments, and 40 clerk ID's. Additional features include a graphic logo generator to let users customize logos and graphics on receipts, drop-in register tape for fast and quiet operation. Automatic tax system with up to four tax tables of four add-ons. Locking cash/coin drawer. Back-up battery power secures data if power is lost (batteries not included).
