Solid performer for basic laptop.
I do basic home office and networked functions on it while listening to internet radio. I have been very pleased. The Instant On feature has been wonderful!!

I'm fairly satisfied
Overall, I really like this computer. It's speed disappointed me a little. I'm probably being unreasonable, and maybe one day I will switch to a SSD. I was annoyed with how it comes with all sorts of programs, but no way to tell what the heck they are without Google. Also, got to be careful about the power cord. If it's not turned to the back your dvd drive can't open. I did turn off the track pad because I kept doing things I didn't want to. I do like the keyboard. I seem to be able to type faster than ever. I like the screen, it is perfectly adequate for my needs. And I haven't really put a dent in the hard drive storage yet. Another note. I only wanted Word and Excell but there was no mention that I would get a starter of these programs, so I wasted $ here, buying an Office suite I don't need. This really chaps my hide.

enjoying new laptop
Laptop is everything I was expecting. Haven't bought a new sysytem in YEARS so having fun learning about new gagets and technology. Able to Skype, go wireless, look at SD card directly. Nothing to assume but new to me.

ASUS A75VM-TB71
Very solid laptop. Integrated MS Office 10 perfectly with no holdup. I love the touchpad features once I learned how to use it. It is a steal for the price. The only true negative so far is the screen. I expected a little better resolution quality and clarity. Did notice that the hard drive didn't read 750gb capacity like I read on another ASUS review it read something like 679gb.

So far i LOVE it!!
I love my new computer--adjusting to a lap top but i do love it. Quality seems awesome and i love the outer vinyl type brown cover!! I am handling it like a baby and makin sure it is gonna last!! I highly recommend it---i am in now way computer saavy but i do love this and easy to use!! The help i got on the phone from a rep with questions was great too from this company!! Only thing that would make this better is a longer warranty!
