Works Great
Works great. Take note that you have to have a digital video output in order to use it. Plays Blurays, DVD's, etc. Comes with the BluRay Disc Suite by Cyberlink.

Yup
It's a dvd player that reads bluray disks. Not much too it. Only 12x instead of 16x, but not like anybody really notices. Plays bluray disks just fine. Burns dvds just fine and plenty quick. 3D is gross so I don't care about that function, haven't tried it. If you buy at the right time you can get a bluray burner for the same price, but I don't plan on burning blurays so it was still a decent deal

Good Drive
This drive installed easily as did the software that came with it. It plays Blu-Ray flawlessly. It will not play Blu-Ray in 3D unless the movie is an actual 3D movie. It will play ANY DVD in 3D though the quality is not so great. Kind of an oxymoron in my opinion. Outside of this SNAFU, the drive is really a great drive. It burns DISC's without a hitch, the quality of playback for both DVD and Blu-Ray is very good too. I would recommend this drive for anyone.

Not a bad deal
This is a great upgrade to the OEM DVD burner that came with my system. The only gripe I have is that the software needed to run bluray discs is seriously outdated. Luckily, I was able to upgrade the bundled programs for pretty cheap, due to all of the holiday sales. Had I waited just a bit longer, I could have gotten a faster LG BL burner for a good clip instead. All in all, it does a good job, and I am happy for now.
