Thrilled
This phone did everything that was written about it and having it work right out of the box with my carrier was great. Would be nicer if no provider logo would come on but AT & T is ok. Camera takes great pics. Phone is not bulky, fits on belt holder just fine. I realy like it. Only bad thing is battery drains quick

decent phone, decent price
Pro: Build quality is good. Voice reception, battery life is decent. Works on Fido network when all they offer is the Pearl. If you upgrade the software to the latest version, it supports 16 Gb MicroSD cards which gives it the same space as an iPhone. Con: A minor issue is that the USB transfer rate is slow (16 hours?). A more important problem that I have is that it feels sluggish and slow overall, though still usable. Overall: Great value proposition for a blackberry and no contact.

Excellent buy and Great Service
The product met my expectations. Identical to the Blackberry Curve my wife purchased from Rogers paying more than $200 plus a 3 year plan. It works great, no complaints. Highly recommended.

Features missing
Great value, quality and performance. Still i've noticed that most Blacberrys come with handsfree, and this devices doesn't have it. Inspite of that, good shipping time, and customer service.
