Great upgrade!
Works perfectly in my ancient Dell Inspiron 640m. Going from 1GB of RAM to 2GB breathed new life into this 5-year-old laptop; I've seen a huge improvement in performance. I highly recommend this product, and for the price (about $30 when I purchased) it's tough to beat.

It's memory, it either works or it doesn't...
It worked just fine. I mean it's memory, it's either going to work in your machine or it isn't. In my case it worked with no problems. Just make sure you have the right specs and you're golden.
