This PC is extremely good for the money. I am playing Fallout 3 and other high quality games that I wouldn't even dream of playing on my Pentium 4.
A little about my Experience:
They cancled my order the first time because they didn't have it in stock but that was fine I contacted them and they set it up right.
I installed it fine. I used the drivers packaged but they were still out of date. I downloaded the updated ones. With the 5 in 1 plugged it it made my HD Drive J: and my External Hard Drive C: so all the drivers wanted to be installed in drive C:
I fixed the problem
I installed Fallout 3 as a test for the preformance and the system and I am running Fallout 3 on High with no Lag what so ever.
This is a great problem
-1 to Features because the mouse that was packaged with it was extremely short I had to have my computer on my desk because of the fact the cord would not reach the floor under my desk |

when i recieved the computer i was very excited and instantly installed WoW(after os and drivers of course) and was very dissapointed that the graphics were completly effed. But after a call to visionman they sent me a new Video card with almost no questions asked. Got the new VC and got it installed and am now running like 50 FPS at max settings (2x-3x the bester i ever did on low settings) and the rest of the machine is working well A++ to tiger direct for carrying the product and A++++++ to Visionman for thier great stuffs and excelent customer support (thanks VJ) |

Great gamer at a great price. Ordered 11/16/08, received 11/19/08. Hooked up (separately purchased) LCD screen, installed (separately purchased) Windows XP, and now I have a quality system for under $850! Very few hassles with drivers, all were included on accompanying CDs. I am a long-time satisfied customer of TigerDirect! |

I ordered my tower on aug 12 2008 and have been very happy with the way it works,i have had no problems with anything at all,i might even consider buying another one for my 14 year old son. |

OK first of all, I'm sick of hearing all this bull about hard-drive failures and 130GB hard-drives. THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN! I ordered mine in early August and got mine 4 days later. It works perfectly, the Drivers are not out of date, and work flawlessly with Windows XP. I don't know what half of these reviewers were on when they booted this PC up but they should get off it. Oh and stop bitching about delivery time, suck it up. |

I agree with the guys comments on May 3, 2008. My unit also came with a 130 GB hard drive when the spec advertised a 250 GB drive. VERY POOR. Also had o/s installation and driver compatibility issues. Drivers supplied had to be updated from the manufacturers web sites as the ones on the disks provided didn't work. Vision Man tech services stood behind and helped solve the issues but the fact remains THE UNIT WAS NOT SUPPLIED AS ADVERTISED, now I have to reorder another one and wait another 3 weeks for shipping. |

Well here's the definitive review of this puppy.
First of all the good stuff. I am happy with it, it's a great value, great looking, really nice performance, and Visionman's tech support stuck with me through the issues...
Now for the bad. Ok for starters, the drivers they send you are so out of date that after installing XP the computer won't even boot. DO NOT INSTALL THE MOTHERBOARD CHIPSET OR AUDIO DRIVERS THAT COME WITH IT. Download the latest ones from Nvidia and Realtek. Issue with the media card reader that when you install your OS with the reader plugged in your hard drive will end up like drive I: Just unplug that and plug it back in when finished installing OS. The front audio panel WILL work, you just have to go into the bios and set it to AC'97. Their assembly and shipping department forgot my speakers and the correct documentation for my videocard.
Still happy that I got it, just took a while to get there... Hopefully this will help you get happy quicker :) |

I've had this machine for 3 months now, and i definitely do not regret buying it. I don't do a lot of gaming, but plan to do so soon. After 3 months everything is running fine. I was also having troubles with the sound card cracking, and i ended up swapping it out with a 5.1 Turtle Beach card (like $20 at the time), and no problems at all! Very happy with my purchase! |

BIG MISTAKE! First, after I ordered this machine it took 17 days to get to my house. I paid by credit card thinking this would expedite the process but it did not. Secondly it DID NOT come with the 250GB hard drive that I paid for, instead I recieved a 130GB hard drive. Thirdly, after a month of use HARD DRIVE FAILURE. |

Incredible value but wow, visionman has got to get their act together when making these things. First is the fact that the graphics card was not installed. Second was the stick of ram just flopping around inside the case. Finally was the fact that they misplaced the cable for the cpu fan by one pin to the left. It seems to run fine now, but its ridiculous i had to go through this ordeal. |
