Lasted a month an a half, just enough for me to have to deal with their incompetent tech support. Call them about 8 times with no answer ( left message), email them too, a week went by no call. Finally got a hold of Mark, he send me an email to fill out BEFORE I could get an RMA. Fill the email completely, waited 3 days no response, called again, and it took me a while to get a hold of some one again. Surprise it was Mark, so he check and confirmed they had received my email. Mark said he will be sending me the return instructions, I waited a day and no email so I called them back, Mark again said I should had got it, and that he will resend it. Five days have gone pass and no answer. If you ask me this guys are crooks, or extremely incompetent.

Forget the KFA/Galaxy company, I have not received a replacement nor a response to a request to replace this defective unit that I have only had for 2 months.

I picked up this card because my home office computer (HP dx2000 Intel p4 3.0 HT 2GB Ram) was lagging alittle due to integrated graphics on the MB. What an improvement! For the little bit of gaming I do (CivIV, and the like) I can push everything to max, no problem. Driver install wasn't exactly straight forward, but took all of 2 mins to figure out. Picked this card because of it's heatsink vs a fan. I've read alot of the less expensive fan based cards have the fan die after a few months. I am not recommending going fan-less, I have two case fans which move plenty of air(and are cheap to replace if they ever die). A note for crowded cases: the heatsink sticks out on both sides of the card, if your PCI Express slot is right up against your power supply it might be a tight fit. For 30 bucks after rebate, best value upgrade to my system yet.

I put this video card into my custom built computer with an Athlon X2 4000 and 1 gig of ram. All I can say is that I am amazed. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I do like some pretty graphics intensive games. MS Flight Sim 2004 runs extremely smoothly at 30+ fps with graphics maxed out. Very impressed overall. Just be careful if you are using a PCChips, the length of the heat sink on the GPU slightly interferes with the case fan connector position on this board.
