The monitors are inexpensive, it's true. At this point we have 10 of them dead upstairs after 18 months of use. Now we have to figure out how to dispose of them safely. |

Purchased two of these back in March 2008 and I use them on my desk at work. One had one dead pixel from the start.
As others have commented, the speakers are less than desirable, but for a work computer, acceptable. (Windows notifications and sound on basic email attachments)
I am pleased with the color and clarity and would purchase them again as long as I didnt need the speakers.
They were delivered promptly. Tiger Direct has always performed well in processing my orders. |

I purchased one of these and it had a dead pixel within a couple of months and then it died after 14 months. I-inc is terrible to deal with as well. Do not buy this monitor!!! |

Not a bad monitor if you don't mind it showing up with a dead pixel and dying after 13 months of VERY light use (used maybe 7 hours a day for 2 or 3 days a month!). I do NOT recommend this monitor. |

Very nice monitor. Nice front bezel and a solid base, also the option to connect to your computer via DVI is also a plus. The speakers are just terrible but that wasn't the reason I had in mind when I bought this. |

I too bought the I-Inc CY-199 (similar to the above model) and have to vent here because it was discontinued. The monitor had dead pixels when I got it and died just at the one-year mark. The I-Inc/Hanns service department was arrogant and refused to fix the monitor when it died. They claimed that because I called just after the warranty period expired it was my problem (literally 1-2 days). Although, they offered to fix it for a fee No thanks, not throwing good money after bad. I am disappointed in the lack of integrity and responsibility displayed by the company! I obviously will never buy another Hanns product again.

I bought two of these monitors as secondary monitors on my main pc. I have had them for about 8 or 9 months now with no problems. They have excellent picture quality and neither monitor has any dead pixels. When my primary monitor finally washes out or die, I will replace it with one of these. |

I upgraded from my original Dell 15 inch CRT monitor to the I-Inc 19 inch LCD, and I love it! Not only do I have room on my desktop(physical), I can sit back and see what I did have to lean forward to see. Couldn't be happier! |
