excelent service
i bought the printer at a very good price but i did'nt receive the power cord i called that evening and it was at my door TWO nights later i could not have gotten that prompt of service had i bought that printer in the town in which i live in think abought this one folks i got what i needed in two days where can you find that kind of service these days

For replacements very happy.
This was to replace a four foot cord supplied with my sisters computer. The original cord was just too short for my sister to use her computer properly. Now she sayes she has enough cord to hang her self...Thanks

This is the cable Dell should supply!
I have bought 3 of these, to replace the cable supplied by Dell for laptop power supplies. The Dell cable has a plug that is perpendicular to the cord so that when you plug it into the power block, the cord lays back over the top of the block which in effect shortens an already short cord, and creates a trip hazard. With this cord everything lays flat in a straight line and the best part is you gain a couple of feet of length. You won't be disappointed!
