2 Weeks later still perfect
Installed easily into my new Gigabyte Z77 D3H motherboard and booted up flawlessly. In idle my temp on all 4 cores is around 35C. Have seen it hit around 70 when burning in a movie but never above that, and I use the stock heat sink and run at stock speed. I am not smart enough to know how to overclock it. Also have heard that overclocking will probably damage the CPU so why bother as the stock 3.4GZ speed is fast enough for me. I also like the fact it only needs 77W as compared to 125W for some other brand names.

Great Processor
This is an excellent processor. People say you can't overclock these and they are wrong. You can overclock them but you cannot overclock them very high. So if you are someone who has no idea how to overclock or if they even want to, just pick this one up as it is a great processor. Almost the same exact thing as the 3570k, just a bit more restricted.

Fast CPU worth the money
Very good CPU with very fast speeds. This CPU will get task done in an instant, and my video conversions have been in just few minutes compared to over half an hour on my AMD single core processor. The turbo boost adds even more boost when you need it most. This CPU is not design for overclocking so if you want to overclock then you should purchase the unlocked model. For general use, this processor is good and will take care of your applications in a timely matter. For cooling, I recommend buying the Hyper 212 Evo by Cooler Master to keep your CPU cool. Since I installed the Hyper 212 Evo, CPU temperatures been around 31 degree Ca and during full load its around 48 degree C.
