Worth the price for SSD
When people say that solid state drives are up to 80% faster when booting up and starting programs they are not kidding. I am blown away that it takes so little time. This particular SSD is no exception. Installed Win 8 Pro with no problems and my whole system runs so much quieter now.

Fast SSD
My first SSD and I have no regrets. Installed in a Win-7, 64 bit system with no problems. System used to take 2 minutes to boot now takes 20 seconds. Programs open in a snap.

Good Product
This is my second SSD, first one was too small. Excellent results. Easy install and excellent boot time for my Win 7 64-bit OS.

Seagate Hybrid Drives are a better deal
I installed a 750 GB 6.0 Hybrid drive on my desktop system about a year ago resulting in a 400% speed increase. Replacing with this one made no difference, so I used it on my old AMD 3800+ dual core machine used to stream internet video to my TV. For the same cost you can get a 750 GB hybrid and not have to store data on a second drive.
