Good buy
Got this to replace old router that does not power on anymore. Easy setup and DIR-826L has been up and running without dropping a signal in over 2 weeks. No plan to use for DLink App at this time. All & all, this is a good buy.

Decent Product at Great Price
Setting up the DIR-826L was fairly easy and simple. It took only 5 minutes to setup this router. After that, it is pretty much plug and play, any devices can now be connected wired or wirelessly. It is dual band router which supports both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz bands. The 2.4 GHz wirelessly connects to five devices in my home and gives me full bars everywhere. Streaming HD without buffering over 5 GHz band is now a breeze with this router. One thing you need to make sure that you are running latest firmware on the router to prevent any lockups or wireless connectivity issues. Overall a great router and I would highly recommend this router to anyone looking for a decent product at a great price.

Good router at a great price
I don't understand the low rating & poor reviews. It was simple and easy to set up and works well. Will rate higher when I've had time to impliment some of the more advanced features.

Good deal!
Range not as good as advertised but better than what I had which was an 6 yr old G d-link router. I do like the feature of being notified when someone is on the network and know what websites my kids are visiting. I know when someone is trying to access my network and has been stopped. The booster doesn't seem to extend the range in my house any better then before though. But have no problems accessing my wireless network actually works better than my old one. Picks up right away wether its a computer, smart phone, ipad or ipod. Overall has been a nice upgrade from what I had before....

Set up was simple, the range is horrible. My old G router worked much better. It does not stay on my wireless networks list.

not worth it
set up kept going in loops. my kid asked me for the password. While my PC is still going through the same steps over, and over again. Range is worse than the outdated linksys 54G it replaced Dlink's support leaves much to be desired.
