Fantastic Scanner
I bought this mainly for the scanner. I did not want to pay $400+ for a document scanner when this does the same job and more for a much lower price. I was hesitant about buying this refurbished but ended up pleasantly surprised. The only thing I noticed that bothers me is that is squeaks when it has been scanning for more than 50 pages. After it cools down (or I imagine it is cooling down) the squeaking stops. The wireless printing, email print server, and other features are also greeat.

Refurb HP Printer a Good deal
The printer works well and was easy to setup. This is a great multifunctional printer that has quick printing and copying functions. Also does a great job scanning. My only complaint was the shipping - it was shipped with the printer cartridges installed. Of course they came loose and jammed up the works. I also had to remove and re-install the print head. Still, this refurbished printer was a very good bargain.

Because of shipping damage I'm surprised that it
worked. It's too bad that I can't enter photos of the printer that I took when I removed it from the box: the printer cartridges had been knocked out of print head and a part of the side case was 'sprung' open. (I had a heck of a time realigning the part.) I don't think that it was a shipping issue as much as it was packing problem: it was not packed well. Aside from that, after I put things back together, the printer worked fine. Setup was easy and it works well with both my PC as well as with my wife's MAC. The only issue that my wife has had with her work PC is that her VPN has to be disconnected before she can print wirelessly.

I am pleased
I have only had this printer a few weeks and this is my second HP Printer with WiFi. I a have been really happy with the set up. It was really quick to get it going. My house includes a lot of wireless devices and network connectivity was important. If I were to give it one negative I do not like that it does not have a means to open the door to place a document down for printing. Or, what they consider the place to open could use improvement

Great Product
I was serprised how easy this was to set up. I have always bought HP printer since the other companies let me down in the 90's. But they could be a problem setting up to run wired and wirerless at the same time. This one was no problem and as always the prints are great.
