Installed in my pc to replace my old AMD 3000 cpu and it is faster and better..Packaging was good and my came in flawless condition.Have a Artic Cooling heatsink and fan cooling it.My next purchase will be a two new hard drives which one will be a raptor and a 250gb western digital caviar |

Great processor, particularly for that kind of price. It's been handling Vista just fine, and with only a $13 heatsink it's stayed plenty cool. This was the best I could find for my 939 motherboard, and it was a great buy. Mine came in flawless condition, but then again I picked it up from the warehouse myself. Very pleased with this purchase |

VERY impressive. I have had a slew of both Intel and AMD processors, and although I used to be impressed with the value of AMD's chips, I was hesitant to purchase again lately. I'm glad I was wrong, this CPU flies. I run 15 different graphics-intensive programs on a regular basis including 3D AutoCAD, and this CPU plows right through everything with NO hesitation. I also am VERY impressed with the 90nm technology of the processor... between this CPU and a $12 heatsink and fan from tigerdirect, it won't go above 38 degrees with a full load on it. Performance is comparable to a Pentium D 940 at least. EXCELLENT buy! |

this processor was fast and worked well, after i sat there and realigned half of the pins. a bunch of them came bent from poor packaging, something i was not expecting from tigerdirect! all is working well now and i will be buying from tigerdirect again, just not OEM processors, since the packing was less than stellar. |
