I like this card but if thay will not help someone
I found out thay have on driver suport or no customer support I would not buy any Visiontek Product I'm sorry but they made their beb thay will have to lie in it.

Recieved a bad card
I purchased this card, and installed it in my machine (previous upgrade and computer building exp), no good off the bat.... now I'm trying to deal with some farmed out customer service outfit to get this bad card returned... dmmsupport dot com Not having alot of fun... at least my ol' 9600 pro is still chugging along...

Really tunes a old agp system!
Highley reccomend this for anyone who can only use a 256mb video card. It's real great on any video and believe me I tried putting this thing through it's paces and it suprised me with the performance it can handle. I thought it would not be as good as everyone say for only a 256mb card well my wife is running a 1gb card and anything her video card can do so can mine!! I would say in closing this is truly the best bang for your buck!

BEWARE OF VISIONTEK FRAUDULENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a video card, still under warranty, which I sent back due to malfunction (after obtaining MRA). I was asked to send $10, which visiontek cashed and returned my card without fixing it! No note why it was not fixed? Emailed several time, finally someone responded with a built in message that it was not packaged properly. I told them that it was packed 'more than properly' and I got the same 'built-in' response, stating it was not packaged properly. They dont tell you anything, no phone number. To this day, i sent them several emails but they dont answer. VISIONTEK IS FRAUD COMPANY, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY ANYTHING VISIONTEK, SINCE ITS GOING TO BE A FINAL PURCHASE. IF THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, DONT BUY FROM THEM, ITS NOT WORTH IT! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR RETURN MERCHANDISE AND SEND IT BACK WITHOUT FIXING IT. REPORT ALL ISSUES TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AS I AM DOING.

Really good product for the price
I just got the x1950pro 3 days ago and this video card rocks! its old now but i can play old games at high resolution I'm really happy with it. If i don't give it a perfect score is because the fan is sort of loud. I have a 500w PS with a 18am rail I'm not sure if it needs more power. In any case if you still using AGP this video card is the way to go and from personal experience I did try the 3850 AGP version and the drivers don't really work save the hassle and go with the x1950pro you won't be sorry and oh one thing too it's 9'in long make sure you have room in you're PC case.
