Bought one as it is being used as our Company standard; am very pleased. Disappointed that some people are experiencing difficulties. Works so well for me , I bought a second one for my wife and plan to buy 2 more for my daughters!

After 6 months, the battery failed. It cannot be replaced. No receipt, no warranty. Junk.

Wasted Efforts
Nice Looking Unit, Neat Features, Holds a long charge.. HOWEVER... Call Quality is REALLY BAD.. I can hear them fairly well, But No one can hear me, No matter what I do, Moved unit around, tried different bluetooth tweaks & adjustments.. I am using a Motorola Droid Razr Just Gonna Get Rid of it, & Take a Loss...

Very nice product
I purchased one for my wife. She loved it so much I bought two more for the rest of the family. Calls are clear and battery life is good. My only complaint would be the buttons. Very hard to see and adjust.
