Good Tuner-Paid Much More
We've had pretty good luck with this tuner. It was the first one we purchased and every one we tried to replace it with has failed. I remember we had to use the drivers on the included disc the for my wife's win7 32bit Dell, but was plug and play on the Acer win7 64bit netbook it's on now. Catalyst Media Center is'nt that great, but is only required for XP. I've had it working in Media Portal with a script found on MP's site. The only problems with this tuner is the lack of LINUX drivers and the power supply brick after about 2 years of being on constantly

It works with Win7 (x64)
It does work for me on my Windows7 (x64) Ultimate edition for more than 2 years. And, with a super slow ATOM CPU. If I remember correctly, the trick to get it working is DON'T install driver and software comes with it, or may be driver ONLY. Just plug it in and my Windows Media Center was able to detect it. I use analog cable, composite video and S-video. They all works well independently.

Not worth buying
I tried three separate operating systems and it never worked. Tried various locations for antenna purposes and still nothing.. Why don't they tell you it doesn't work with Windows 7? I guess you get what you payed for.. I wanted to send it back but the time and hassle was just not worth it.. I guess that's how they make there money.

Won't fwork wirth Windows 7
This item will not work with Windows 7 64 and the company is not upgrading the software and the won't take it back. Money wasted.

No Software
Beware! My product shipped with DRIVERS ONLY. The Catalyst Media Center (which is what you need to ACTUALLY use the thing) was not present on the CD. I finally found the program on a forum that had it available to download. They wouldn't take it back and Vision-Tek support was rude to me. I will probably not buy another Vision-Tek product again. I wasted my $30. Don't waste yours :(
