Best Phone Product
I used this every day for a year at work, and I definitely find it less convenient to take calls without it. The ability to leave a room and continue a conversation without missing a step is great. The only problem I've found is that over time you may need to adjust the height setting of the handset lifter, other than that no cons.

We use these all day at work as well and just to let everyone know it does have the option to ring in your ear or in my case the headset beeps to let you know that you have an incoming call. I wear mine to get coffee in the break room while on a call or to make sure I don't get any missed calls because the more were on the phone the more $ we make. I love it although at first you do feel like the stupid head gear guy you get over it just like bluetooth headsets and never go without.

We use this a lot infact I use it all day. I wear the head set all the day and I hear the ringing of the phone on the head set like snooz alarm. So picking a call is not a problem if other phone rings or i am far off from my desk. Some times the sound breaks but otherwise its fine.

I've got one of these at work and love it. I haven't compared prices of similar units because my company provided the unit; I didn't shop for it. Mine came with an alternate device that goes over your head instead of just hanging onto your ear. Range is great. Sound is great. I love the feature of how the phone's headset is lifted up when you turn on the remote headset. It would be nice if you could hear when the phone was ringing in the earpiece so you could answer remotely. Answering remotely does work but you have to hear the phone ringing. In my office there are a lot of phones and you can't differentiate which one is ringing.
