Does a great job!
The Iomega NAS drive was super easy to set up. I installed it and immediately backed up my laptop over my wireless network. It took a while but I expected it to. I can see the drive on all computers on my home network. I recommend this product.

It's worth definitely for $89
Setting up was easy. Just plug and play. But the real hassle comes when you try to copy your data across. Iam an advanced user so I liked the challenge. Couple of things that I would like to point out are 1. When you are copying large amounts of data set the copy as a copy job and run it. Rather than doing a simple windows based copy paste this is way faster since this runs out of the NAS. I had an old external HDD that I connected to the USB of the NAS and the copy job was very fast. If you do a normal windows based copy paste over a 100Mbps LAN then you can expect around 10MB per sec speed. At most 11MB per sec. But a copy job is way faster via the USB. 2. By default the Internet media sharing is ON. Turn it off before you start copying large files. The processor is weak and priority is given to the streaming. This is not a professional grade NAS. Enjoy.

Good product at sale price
Transfer speed is usually around 10 mbps. Easy to set up and is recognized on gaming consoles and computers. Even a 2TB hard drive alone is a fair deal at $130. I am satisfied with this product. Only con is that twice my desktop was unable to recognize the drive. I rebooted it and it was recognized.

Wow, could it be any slower?
I have transferred files faster over a dial up connection. Just what is this drive doing that it needs to have the activity light blinking all hours of the day? I only backup once a week, the rest of the week the software is not even running! When I attempt to open a share it will take 1-5 minutes to open it, IF IT OPENS AT ALL! Very disappointed in this drive. As another reviewer wrote: Snails are faster. At least the software was easy to install. Not much of a consolation.

Great Product for price
This drive does exactly what it suppose to do and with good enought speed for a normal user. Thw software will seemingly slow your computer down if it is allowed to run at all times. I suggest only leave it on during expected times where it will need to be on for backup purposes. Unit is sleek and very much plug and play unit.
