Great product, easy to set up. The blue lights are a little extreme, but you can turn them off so no complaints |

Good price, but never got the wireless feature to work. Because it was refurbished, I was not entitled to live support...had to contact India via the website. The support rep's best answer was to press the reset button on the router. |

I could never get this to work because the softwear was not included and I could get no help in retreiving it since the item was refurbished and the serial number was blacked out. I ended up returning it for a refund. |

This router worked right out of the box when I connected directly to my PC desktop. I even added my Mac laptop wirelessly later. Found out about the dollar-sign-hex-password workaround for Mac computers online, and now it works FLAWLESSLY!! This is the best $20 I've spent in a long time! |

The product was shipped fast and the conditions are pretty good. It was easy to set up and connect. It has a good range and good speed. The only problem is that very often the router just stop working and I have to disconnect, wait few minutes and turn it on again. For the price ($20) I think it was an OK deal. |
