Power Under the Hood
The Netgear WPN824NA Recertified Wireless G Router features advanced Smart MIMO (Multi-In, Multi-Out) technology that uses seven internal antennas. RangeMax constantly surveys your home environment for physical barriers and interference and adjusts the wireless signal to compensate for these performance blockers. Great value
Bought this for my dad and his girlfriend they have internet at their house but only one connection. The girlfriend has a Kindle and needs to connect to the internet for her books. This worked flawlessly. Great performance for little outlay of cash.

Great router at excellent price
Purchased this router for my son to use at school. Dorms have wired connections in rooms, but not convenient for multiple items in room. Selected this router because it was similar to the one that I use at home, and I anticipated telephone questions. He was able to get it connected fine for several wireless devices, but could not get his laptop to connect. He brought it home for me to configure. He had it right and it has worked well since. Never found why he had the initial problem. The set-up wizzard is good. The menu for making changes is easy to use. I have purchased multiple remanufactured items and never had a problem with any. Like the Netgear family of products.

Awesome price
I'vm ordering my third one of these. I get between two and three years before the wireless burns out from being on constantly. I had about the same lifespan of a different, much more expensive router from another brand. The cost per year is still far less than any other router, and I won't worry if I eventually decide to upgrade to an N router (only one of my wireless devices support N, so I don't need it). Besides, even G is fast enough to max my internet connection's speed.
