"If your LIFEBOOK is WWAN-ready, you can enjoy Internet access wherever you are by purchasing the Wireless WAN upgrade kit (P/N FPCMDM93AP). The upgrade kit consists of a Gobi 3000 Wireless Broadband module that lets you connect securely and quickly. The Gobi module supports major RF bands, including EV-DO, HSPA, and GSM. Installing the module is simple: remove the WWAN compartment cover, insert the module, attach two small plugs, and replace the cover. If your carrier is AT&T, you will also need to insert a SIM card into its slot (not included), and you are set to go.
