works great, sata connector a bit wide
The cable itself is very sturdy, works great to hook up a sata drive directly to an eSATA port. The sata connector was indeed a bit too wide, but connected just fine after i trimmed some of the rubber off between it and the power connector. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

Needed a knife to take some rubber off
The connector that attaches to a internal SATA drive (for that's what I used this with) has a nice long silver colette that is covered in black rubber, but this right next to the STA power connector ended up being too tight and wouldn't seat fully (it was at an angle), but with a little tender loving care of my exacto knife I was able to make her all fit together nicely and performance wasn't affected. Only really an issue for those using this with internal drives to connector to eSATA external connectors.
