When it crashes
Mine would not start for days and I was ready to toss it when I discovered a tiny hole on the side opposite the start button. I stuck a paperclip in the hole and held it there for about a minute or so and it started working again. Else OK

Velocity's Support is Terrible!
I purchased a T410 for my wife. Will never purchase a Velocity product again. The charger failed within 7 days of purchase, and Velocity support has taken over 7 days to even respond. Nice product, but don't purchase unless you like products that aren't supported by the manufacturer.

Poor performance
The dot (.) key and the space bar key were not very responsive. Had to hit a number of times before the key would have any effect.
