very solid motherboard for the price
no issues with the product so far really. only real drawback is if you get a big graphics card or pci-e device you cannot easily access all of my sata connections. got all my parts put together and everything seems to work like a charm.

Solid mobo
Quite pleased with board. Only negatives are the SATA ports face horizontal, so I had to cut into a side facing HDD rack to get access to them; there is no USB 3.0 connector on the mobo,just the 2 ports on the rear panel.

Its a good MB but be aware of any bios updates.
I tried to update my bios and I boot locked my motherboard and I had to send it back to msi. Not what I wanted, next time I will just purchase a different board from a different company.

No sata 3 connetor??
Bought this board and everything was not so bad at the exception of the program provided with it. Also I looked on the board for SATA 3 connection as my case as a SATA 3 connection to the front and there was none on the board. here is only one SATA 3 connection in the rear. I would not buy this board again, I rather have an ASUS much easier to set and use the provided program and more features.

Fantastic Product MSI!!
This board delivers excellent bang for the buck. MSI continues to make great products, both software and firmware support is great and up to date. USB 3.0 is blazing fast. Board is VERY power hungry however, especially with a RAID 1 and SLI setup - make sure you get at least a 750w PS and LOTS of cooling surrounding this board.

Perfect for Gaming
This is definitely an excellent motherboard and well worth the price. One thing to watch out for is this MB requires an 8 pin power connector, and has a power socket for the onboard video card. While the manual says you should use ALL the sockets, the onboard video card one can be left out if you have a separate video card. I use a Ultra LSP650 power supply, it's got all the connectors necessary to get this up and running.Overall, great motherboard. It has a UEFI BIOS too, letting you use your mouse for controlling the settings.

jam up
first time doing anything other than installing ram. watched videos online, read directions twice. also installed with new fx6300 fired up on first try. native audio was 5 times my gigabyte 870. all in all painless and easy.
