Very good router for fair price

I've been using this in my home for about 2 months with no hitches what-so-ever. Very easy to install and much better network coverage to the far corners of the house than my old router. Just what I wanted.

300 meg wireless???

Pros: Bought for $65 with shipping. Wanted gigabyte LAN. Set up quick and very easily. Con: Can't connect wireless at 300 meg on this router that's about 10 feet away. Can connect at 300 meg to Netgear router about 40 feet away. Makes no sense does it.

must say I'm impressed

Didn't know what to think of a router made by WD, but must say this router is really nice. My apple airport extreme died on me and I didn't feel like paying another $180 so I went this one. After a month of use I really like this router. Though I know how to set up a router set up was very easy. This router also looks nice to. I can't think of a better looking router off the top of the head. My only complaint is I would like to see Ethernet activity on the front, and I can't say I really notice a difference with streaming youtube or netflix. But performance has been great.

Been running for 1 month now, no problems. Very easy setup, software not needed.

Works great on 2.5 Ghz band

Bought this for it's dual band but no devices I own work on the 2nd (5Ghz) band. I called WD support and was told that only the very latest adapters can use the 5 Ghz band for this router. I don't know if this is just my router or if others have the same issue other than that on the single band it seems to work fine. Use it for Netflix and laptop. set up was straight forward, although a little slow.

Not Impressed

I have a home office and use my wireless connection throughout the house. I purchased this to replace a Netgear WGR614 54 Mbps that I've had a few years. The connectivity and range on the MYNET 750 is not as good. My home is not large,about 2000 sq.ft. and the router is in the front corner of my office and the signal is so weak in my bedroom ,which is in the back opposite corner, that I have trouble staying connected on my Galaxy S3 and my wifes Ipad. Straeming movies on Netflix it always stops and searches for the signal . The signal is really strong within 25 ft. of the router , but drops off considerably beyond that.

Solid Choice with plenty of features

I bought two of these...one for home and one for work. The home installation had a little hiccup for a few minutes, but the installation at work went quickly and easily. Both are running and connections are much improved in both speed and stability. I would buy this product again.

Best of the Best router

I stream HD Movies big time, my girls plays video games on line, we surf the internet. I have done all this at the same time on this router. I'm one happy guy right now. I can only imagine how good the N900 is because this N750 is on point.

Good performance for the money (home use)

My internet connection comes down into my basement so previously I had issues with my old wireless not reaching every nook and cranny of the house (as well as really varying signal strength). With this one? No problem at all and my phone picks up the wireless out in my driveway and on the street. I have a full ranch style house and the signal is at Excellent or near that everywhere in house and outside deck. Easy setup compared to the business routers I am accustomed to. Definitely a friendly interface for anyone with a modicum of experience. This has more than enough features for the home user and the performance so far has been flawless. Security is simple to implement and there is more options there for the advanced user if you really want to get into the weeds a bit.
