Easy goin'

Got this camera 2 days before our trip and didn't get to play with it much. It didn't matter, this camera will do everything for you in guide mode to get you started. It turns out stunning photos even in very low light levels. Beautiful sharp and clear details come through. Even the videos are sharp and clear as expected with a Nikon. This camera has more than exceeded my expectations. One reminder though, purchase the fastest memory you can because this camera will use all of that speed and then some.

Great camera for the money!

This camera performs as well or better than more expensive models ( the lens is AWESOME). I like the easy to use features as my wife can use it with no problem. The only cons are that it takes an extra hand to view the photos stored in memory, because the button is on the left side of the camera body, and a lot of feature are accessed by the LCD menu as opposed to buttons. All in all it's a great camera at an affordable price.
