This card performs well except for the following: It cuts out and shuts your computer down for no apparent reason. It cuts out of high graphics games when the framerate gets too intense. I wish I knew why these things were happening but Diablotek will not answer emails or respond. There is NO support for this card. I had to send mine back because I could not get any help with figuring out why it was acting up.
Actually I bought two of the 6600 512MB NVidia version which is not being sold at the moment. On eworks fine, the second one didnt. Tiger wouldnt do anything because it was the 31st day after my invoice date when I finally checked the card out. So I sent it to Diablotek. They do NOT return phone calls, they do NOT answer emails. Their web page doesnt work now. I worry they are OUT OF BUSINESS now, todays date 11/20/06, but I dont know that. Best of luck to you.
