Poor reception
I bought this phone as an upgrade to my old razor flip phone so that I could text better and easier. It would have been a good deal if I needed to text in a city where reception is good, but I needed something at the cottage and on the road. As such I could not get signal in either place so back into the box it goes as a spare when my razor dies (which I don't think it will. Best phone I have ever owned).

No internet unless software is changed
These phones were based on the Danger operating system that was bought out by Microsoft. Microsoft TURNED OFF all internet data services to Danger devices (including this model). I am not sure how they can say it has a web browser when it will not function on any carrier.

worked like a charm
we purchased this phone for our 7 week trip to UK and Europe,after familizing ourselves with the phone we installed a Virgin sim card in Edinburgh and it performed flawlessly throughout our trip , it became the most useful tool, simple to operate and found Virgin rates to be the most competitive,highly recommend this phone
