Best support ever
Received my refurb unit, looked like new. Mapping worked great, easy to program. Traffic feature wouldn't work. Called Garmin support and after some troubleshooting was asked to send just the unit in. Seven days later I received a brand new in the box unit complete with new accessories. Everything works great. Thank you Garmin for the best product support ever.

Okay as a Back-Up
Bought this to have when I travel so I don't have to rent a car with GPS. My car has in-dash nav system. I thought that the Traffic feature would be a plus, but it doesn't work consistently. Probably because this is a refurbished unit. I knew I was not buying a new unit & combined with the rebate and limited use, this is a workable unit. If it is your primary GPS, shop for a better model.

Great GPS but cant stand summer heat
This is my third Garmin GPS and many of the new software features are very nice. However, unlike previous models, when left in the car on hot days the unit shuts down to protect from overheating (according to the message when restarted). Its too bad the hardware cant stand temperature extremes the way previous models could.
