After several products that fell short, this is the first PC I've found that meets my requirements: small footprint for restricted area use, Win XP to support full-screen DOS operation, supports Expanded Memory required by WPDOS51 --out of the box without requiring a simulator, and still with good performance. I'm a very happy camper! |

With new memory! This made a significant difference in the Toshiba Tecra that it was installed in. We installed 2 DIMM's for a grand total of 4 GB and I bravely installed both at the same time and did not have to re-certify Windows. Interestingly, this laptop had a 512 MB DIMM in it that it did not see! It was not a Kingston and it was tossed after testing it in another PC 4200 laptop. Fast delivery, even to my remote locale and a deal on shipping. Nice work ! |

i have never installed ram in a laptop but did so in about 3 minutes on my toshiba satellite. i had 512 and now have 2.5 gb. i can now run more applications smoother and i have less freezes. for $30 i should have done this a long time ago as it had made a big difference for my work computer. |

I bought a "Netbook" and it only had 1gb of memory. I wanted the max I could get(2gb)and this was the answer. It was easy to install and so far everything is working great. And bset of all the price was great too!! |
