Glad I finally bought this
Arrived lightening fast. Works just great. Called my daughter and she asked where I was calling from because it sounded so clear. I bought the wifi Net Talk and tried to install it like the wired version - got lost, started all over again and realized I was overdoing it. In the end it was so simple to install I couldn't believe it. Have had it a week and I am ready to cancel my landline. I checked to make sure my number is portable before I bought - it is. Now to call ATT and dump their bill. Happy camper here.

Check with them before you buy
I bought this stricly to keep a phone number that I had had for years because I was moving. It specifically says it will port numbers to their service. Only after buying it do I find out they only port numbers in certain areas and do not port numbers from my state, they have no ''partner companies'' there. It has restricted returns, so the thing was a bust, can't use it for what I wanted and can't return it. $50+ down the drain. Would have been nice if it had worked.

No Product Support
The product was apparantly DOA. After hours of working with FAQs with no success, all attempts to obtain technical support were fruitless. There appears to be no product support.

wifi does not work worked only one day
software not good for wifi or usb on vista 32 or windows 7 i am going call to get a replacement.... very disapointed....
