Ok
Delete the Macafee, Sprint and Dell software from it and it works just fine. With Libre Office, you have a full setup here for 250 bucks. Not bad at all. The keyboard is easier to type on than other netbooks I have used. Great value. Quality is OK. Videos stopped lagging after deleting all the pre-loaded software, if you leave it on your computer will be useless. Dont expect to use this for anything but notes and email. Stick to what its made for and works fine.

Dell Inspiron Mini
I don't now or ever liked McAfee. I am going to follow the 1st review and get rid of the Sprint app. For me it does not work. I can not get a desktop background no matter how I try. It may be too advanced for me to really know how to set it up properly.

Eventually Fine Product
Worked great out of the box, but then I lost the Internet connection. Called your Customer Service and they referred me to the supplier, I talked with them and they were very helpful. I obtained a Return Order from them and was readyu to ship it back for replacement when I learned that Macfee was having a problem, I tried deleting Macfee and was able to access the internet, working fine now. The only other problem was with Sprint which had been been pre-loaded by someone; I had to remove the program as it became a terrible nuisance. Everytime I tried to connect with the Internet the Sprint program tried to connect me with thier Network which I did not want. At this point the unit is working perfectly and I am very pleased despite some issues in the beginning.

Not Bad for a Dell
This little guy works pretty well. I have had the honor of working on one for a good friend and loved it really!
