FREEZE
i got this pc because my old one died. I needed a new one really fast, and it was shipped to me with in three days I was so happy to get it, when I open the box I loved the look and size of the pc. When i tryed to set it up, it seemed to be running really slow. When windows update started the pc froze for more than three hours, I tried to bring up task manager,but nothing happend. each time I tried to do a small task it would freeze and would have to reboot.I was very disappointed and Iam returning it. I don't think I will ever buy a (GW)pc again.

outstanding value
This computer is an excellent value as usually is the case for all Gateway products. It's small in size and has powerful features you would expect from a value based performance computer. The only concern I have is it does not have any expansion slots for adding additional interior parts, such as an additional CD ROM etc.

Great Starter Computer.
I got this computer for my son, rather than a build-it-yourself config, because I wanted him to be able to run it out of the box, but be able to add to it later as his grade improve. He's in 8th grade and it's working great not only with homework, but also with Steam games. It's not the most powerful system out there, but for the money you are paying, it's a 5-star!

Superb Value!
Unit was deleivered fast! About 15 minutes to set up. Very fast! loaded previous programs with no problems, some as old as four years. Great computer for the money! I replaced an older Gateway which I used for about 5 years, still working good, but wanted the extra RAM. I would highly recommend the desktop to family and friends.
