Nice and Compact
Don't know what to say other than I wanted an external drive as my backup and decide what I want by the length of the warranty, the price, and the manufacturer's customer service reputation. The only negative is that the USB Cable is extremely short! It fits nice and snug around the hard drive for easy carry, but it's only about 18 inches long; I think they should also supply a longer cable.

Just what I needed...
I lost my hard drive on my home desktop and had to pay somebody to retrieve the files. That convinced me that I needed a backup. This drive is an inexpensive and easy to use answer to that problem!

WD HD work super fine with my TrueCrypt setup
I use this HD to crypt and sync with my data disk on my server; work superfine.
