GOOD BOARD BUT NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT
The description of this baord states it is an ATX motherbooard. You would expect it to be the same size as other ATX MBs. It isn't. It is not as wide as my previous EVGA MB. It doesn't come out to the third row of screws which attach it to the case. Consequently, the RAM is very close to the CPU and heatsink fan. ASUS recs using the Coolermaster V8 heatsink, but it wont fit if you have high profile memory. Other than that, it works fine. It doesn't have enough fan connectors for my case (4). It only has 3 plus the CPU fan. Everything worked out of the box.

Easy enough install, really good features. Hydro 70 was a tad more challenging to make it fit but it will work.

First time building a computer, and the manual with the mobo was very descriptive, actually better than any other manual that came with other components. I had 3 4gb slots for RAM which wasn't in the suggested setup but I put mine in A1, A2, and B1 and it works. ;) No issues and it's the first time I've had a mouse operated BIOS! I'm very pleased ASUS!

First one was a dud
When we powered it, it sparked on one chip and smoked. Had to return it for another. Also, we can only get the RAM to work in Channel A, unlike what the instructions say (which recommend to install A1 + B1). We only have 2 RAM chips so I do not know if Channel B will work only after Channel A is filled.
