Thermaltake Kandalf LCS Full-T Product Details

An Evolutionary Chassis!
Thermaltake Kandalf Black
Full-Tower Case with Liquid Cooling System

Originating the concept from car heat dissipation designs, the Thermaltake Kandalf LCS (Liquid Cooling System) puts the radiator directly in front of the chassis. Running the liquid cooling system through this innovative design, every system component is quietly cooled -- with no excessive noise!. The Kandalf LCS's simple, round lines outline the shielded look of the chassis. The front door features an all-aluminum alloy with implemented mesh grill. And the Kandal's front ventilation greatly increases the cold air airflow into your computer.

Room for Expansion
The Kandalf LCS supports up to nine 5.25-inch, two exposed 3.5-inch, and six hidden 3.5-inch drive bays. If you're an extreme PC buff, you'll love the Kandalf LCS. It allows you to upgrade and expand your system endlessly. And the Kandalf's front USB, High-Definition Front audio ports, and Firewire ports offer you the ultimate in convenience.

Future Motherboards
Although most motherboards are still built in the ATX format, the Kandalf LCS supports BTX , the newest generation of high-performance platforms. The expandability to BTX will save you lots of money, because you won't have to swap out the whole chassis simply to upgrade.

Awsome Case

When I was buying a case I wanted something with space to work, enough room for upgrade IE. More Hardrives, CD-Roms, ETC. I didn't want my case to be limited to only ATX or Micro ATX, and liquid cool is a plus. I've had it since 2007 and only problem I had was my usb ports on the top broke, but that was due to constant pluging and unpluging. The base has plenty of hols making it quite possible to upgrade the pump and tank. Great Case and I'm going to keep it for years to come... definitly is heavy though.

Great system except heatsink

I have thoroughly enjoyed this case for 2 years now. Plenty of room to upgrade, or even use 2 large video cards. The only achilles heel I've found with this system was the heatsink did not seal properly, and cost me a high-dollar video card. I reccommend using a separate liquid cooling heatsink but everything else on or in it is fantastic- if you don't have to lug it around to and from friends' houses... it's a bit heavy fully loaded!

Unreal Case

I bought this case because of the liquid cooling system built in. It's amazing. I have a Phenom X4 overclocked to 3.2 ghz and its running at 23'C idle, and 25'C full load. It also keeps the overall temperature of my case very low. I would buy again.

Best case I've ever owned!

It keeps everything running very, very cool! Has room for ALL my components and then some. This case is huge and extremely heavy. (70 LBS. shipping weight) Tool free hold downs did not work with XFX 9800 SLI but were easily removable to use screws. I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't need constant access to drives or need to move system often. You won't see many of these at LAN parties. I like it so much I may buy another.

POOOR CABLE MANAGEMENT

Got it working with no problem but there are no spots for me to hide all my cables so they're just shown at the side of my motherboard, looks very disgusting make sure you get a psu that can disconnect the cords your not using. Very very heavy if your a mover or sometimes go to lan parties then don't get this case, make sure you have a friend help you pick up the case while moving it to your car and to your room. I might keep this case idk, Im thinking of just taking it back and getting a cosmos 1000 like i sad, idk.
