Beatiful yet extremely heavy stand!
My guess is that with the sheer weight of this thing, it is ROCK SOLID. Shipping weight was 40lbs and came to me within 6 days of ordering by Ground shipping from the US. Very easy to assemble and cable management is good, it gives the desk a more clean look vs three individual stands. No more neck or back pain as this stand does alow for the perfect viewing height and you can sit up straight with no leaning in. It's a great compliment to an Eyefinity system & gaming is out of this world!

Everything it promised
I have 3 HP 2210m screens attached and couldn't be happier. Putting it together was not a problem. Instructions are ok, but could have better instructions on adjustments.

big but strong
This was easy to assemble and adjust, but with just two 19 inch monitors there doesn't seem to be enough weight. They drift up to about the mid-point on the stand. If I buy a third monitor, I'm sure it will work fine, but for now I'll have to add some weight to the bar to get it to operate as designed. The base of the stand covers more desk surface than the original two dell stands, but it is better organized, so overall I'm happy with this stand.

Little Bit Rough
This works but it does take a little bit of wiggling to get it where you want it. I tried to adjust this before I put the monitors on it and it wouldn't adjust properly, however once I put the monitors on it, it did. Setup was a bit annoying because it was falling over while trying to put the third monitor on it. Last thing is the base of this unit sticks really far forward covering most of my desk. Made it tricky to put in the keyboard.

This thing is an absolute wonderful BEAST !!!!
I was a little unsure as to wether this would hold my 22 inch monitors but after enough research thought it would be ok. The 3, 22 in Gateway HD's fit perfectly with a little room to spare. The base is made of steel and extremely sturdy. It is actually almost a work of art sitting on your desk. I would recommend this thing to anyone knowing comfortabley they will be satisfied. Also I had NO trouble at all adjusting the height or angle of the monitors. Buy with comfort and piece of mind.
